How can I find the tour I’m interested in?

Use the search bar on the homepage or go to the **Advanced Search** page (accessible by clicking on **Tours** in the menu).

If you select the departure location, destination, and preferred travel date in the fields, the system will display all the tours matching your search criteria.

If you don’t select anything and just click the search button, it will show you all the tours currently available for online booking.

In the advanced search, you can also search for tours by duration, theme, and more.

Where can I see all the planned tour departure dates? The first date doesn’t work for me.

The available dates for booking are shown during the booking process. Click on the tour link to open the page with all the details about the tour. Under the **Departure Information** tab, you can view all the planned dates, or in the booking form where the first field is for selecting the departure date.

If no dates are highlighted in a different color, click the arrow next to the month name to view the next month(s) until you see dates in a different color. These are the planned departure dates for the tour. Click on the date to display it in the form and continue filling in the other required fields.

Organizers can input dates up to one year in advance.

Can the organizer cancel the tour?

Yes, the organizer has the right to cancel the tour if they haven’t gathered the minimum number of participants required for the arrangement or due to unforeseen circumstances preventing the tour from taking place.

Are the prices on this site the lowest possible? Some prices are marked with an asterisk (*). What does that mean?

Each organizer enters their regular prices in the system, which cannot be higher than those on the organizer’s website or other sites. However, each organizer can also list their promotional prices, which are marked with an asterisk (*) and will show **Price FROM** (e.g., on the homepage or search results). By clicking on the asterisk, you can see the conditions under which the promotional price applies.

What are the conditions for the promotional price?

Promotional prices are typically valid for early bookings and payments for the arrangement. Each organizer defines for their tours how many days before departure the promotional prices apply, so we encourage you to take advantage of lower prices and book the tours at the best rates.

Who do I pay for the arrangement? Who is the organizer and responsible for the execution?

Payment is made directly to the tour organizer, with no additional charges to the booking service.

On this site, you’ll find programs from various organizers. Once you make a reservation, it is sent directly to the organizer, and you will receive a booking confirmation and payment instructions via email from the organizer within 24 hours. The confirmation will indicate who the organizer is for the tour you booked, and you will make the payment to them.

What are the payment terms for the arrangement?

Each organizer sets the payment terms and options for each tour individually, and these can be found on the tour page under the **Important Notes** section. Make sure to follow the payment terms for the promotional price if you booked the arrangement at that rate.

What if I want to cancel my trip?

If you wish to cancel a reservation you’ve made, and the tour organizer has already contacted you to confirm the booking, you can cancel directly with the organizer, or we can do it for you if you inform us of the cancellation. If the organizer hasn’t contacted you, please write to us (contact information is listed at the bottom of the website and in the email confirming your booking).

Where is the starting point for the tour/excursion?

The starting location for the tour/trip can be found on the tour page in the **Departure Information** section. If this information is not provided, the organizer is responsible for informing you of the starting point or any changes to it.

How can I rate the tour?

After the tour is completed, or after the tour date has passed, you will receive an email with access credentials to confirm your participation and provide a rating and comment. Your review will be published on our website.

We believe your feedback can be valuable to future customers and provide helpful insights for the organizers on how to improve their services.

On our website, within the tour display, you can read reviews from travelers who have already taken the tour. After the tour is completed, all participants have the opportunity to rate the tour and leave a comment, which will be visible on the tour page. This allows travelers to share their experiences with potential customers and offer praise or suggestions to the organizers for improving their services.

How can I become your promoter? How can I earn by promoting tours from your site?

If you’ve already made a booking on our site and received an email suggesting that you invite your friends to join you on the trip, simply follow the instructions, or contact us directly if you have any questions.

If you’re an individual, earnings will not be paid out directly but will accumulate in your **E-wallet**, and you can convert that amount into a voucher to pay for any trip on our portal.

Each month, you will receive a report if there were any bookings made through your affiliate links or site.

If you are a legal entity, the earnings can be paid to your account as a marketing and promotion service fee.
